Plus Pilates combines the mind and body together during matwork exercise, engaging principles of good alignment and core stability control. We offer a creative, dynamic and fun workout which offers clients a flexible way to exercise under the safe guidance of a chartered physiotherapist trained to a high standard in the Plus Pilates method (sometimes referred to as clinical pilates).

We offer a graduated programme which enables clients to progress at their own pace and modify their workout as required. We are proud to have been delivering classes since 2007 and still have clients attending who started with us at the beginning!

Plus Pilates classes are currently delivered in Halifax during the day and in the evenings. We offer classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels along with regular prop classes to keep us all ‘on our toes’.  No one class is the same and all are planned with the clients attending in mind rather than a generic ‘one size fits all’ approach.

We recommend clients’ new to Plus Pilates attend a one-to-one consultation in advance of starting in classes, particularly if they have health issues. This ‘MOT’ style assessment enables us to review any problems and get to know your body better so we can plan classes with you specifically in mind.
